With its lightweight and high precision design, the Modular Panel simply fastens into the panel system using a small construction crane and without the need for excessive labour or additional installation work. Once all the wall and floor panel systems have been structurally secured any electrical, plumbing and other finishing work can be easily completed with minimal effort. Our panel system incorporates innovative technology, such as built in conduit piping, to help speed up work during this construction phase.
Typically, Smarterhaus homes can be constructed to a lock-up stage within 14 days of design and building approval and a fully complete and finished home can be achieved in just 8 weeks, ready for you to move in. This is a fraction of the time associated with traditionally built homes.
