So What is Modular and Prefabricated Design?
The overall production of modular homes is a unique process. Simply put, a modular home consists of multiple modules or sections that are prefabricated in a factory, usually in assembly-line fashion, and then transported to a site, ready for home completion. Modular construction takes a fraction of the time it takes to build a conventional house, is more cost effective and allows for endless design possibilities simply by adding or excluding modules.
Smarterhaus has developed a True Modular system, through incorporating all major functionality and structural integrity in our patented Modular Panels and utilising our 1200mm construction grid, we are capable of offering complete design flexibility unlike other modular systems. Our system allows you to add on or exclude any Modular Panel from a design so that any customised housing solution is achievable based on your needs and preferences.
