Smarterhaus Eureka cabin is pre-frabicated in the factory to the highest standard and able to be delivered to all major ports around the globe. Smarterhaus is not only providing a new dimension in mine site or tourism housing, but creating a future intrinsic value for the company investing in our modular housing.
Utilising rigid polyurethane insulation in the wall, floor and ceiling panels, together with double glazing glass and ability to withstand up to 200km/h of wind, our diverse modular housing system can stand extreme temperature and climate fluctuations. Renowned Hobart Architect Richard Crawford and consulting engineers Gandy and Roberts have ensured that all Smarterhaus products are compliant with the Australian Building Standard. ISO 9001:2008 management system governs the business in Australia, and the Malaysian factory is also govern by the ISO 9001:2008 standards and requirements.
Manufactured in the factory and delivered either with our flat packed or completed system, our compact cabins are suitable as a remote temporary and permanent housing solution for mining and other related industries working long distances from established communities.
