The Oakhill design
The Oakhill is a compact, contemporary, open plan house, suitable for a smaller blocks with minimal to moderate slope.
The living areas of the house have been arranged to maximise views and sunlight potential from all three sides, while the bedrooms are grouped together on the quieter, cooler and more private side of the house. There are four, comfortable-sized bedrooms, which are interchangeable as further living spaces. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and the master bedroom also features an ensuite. Substantial extra storage is provided in the centre of the house.
Multiple configurations are available for the living, dining and kitchen areas to create a number of options for locating the front door whilst making best use of site specific views and sunlight. The external deck is also available in a number of different locations to best suit the block and the owner’s preferences.
Skillion roofs advance the design to a more architectural aesthetic. Floor to ceiling windows allow more natural light whilst creating a feeling of spaciousness that extends out into the garden.
